Heather Smith has a BS in Nursing and has been working in the field since 2014 in hospital and home health settings. Raised in Southern California, she’s now a resident of beautiful Eastern Oklahoma. Another passion of hers is regenerative farming. When she’s not writing health articles, Heather is working with her husband and three kids on their 86 acres to build the ranch of their dreams. She desires to put the best of the best nutrition on her family’s table. She is accomplishing this by growing and raising most of their food.
