Anyway, we've been talking about Stanley Milgram's six degrees of separation in my Sociology class. I've been thinking about how it relates to the Furry fandom. I mean, we're a really close-knit community. I know furs that are personal friends of super-popufurs.
I wonder, then, what would happen if we Furries did a six degrees of separation experiment. How many links would connect a small-town fur with the winner of the Fursuit Fracas? My guess is that it would probably be fewer than six. We have artists, suiters, online games, and conventions to connect all of the members of our fandom.
